NEW SHOPS & HOUSES
A few new houses and stores have been built, thanks to our builders.
The choc rabbit's new home is the courtyard restaurant, a four room house with a balcony, outdoor restaurant and outdoor kitchen.


A new store has been opened. It is called the sweet store. You can by a heap of treats to eat which include cupcakes, lollypops, cakes, biscuits and many more. Get a limited sweet treat bag that comes with ice cream too. The Ice cream shop sometimes sells ice cream above the sweet store and the ladies work together. Your lucky if you see them above and below eachover because that means you have a chance to win a sweet treat bag.


The Soft serve shop sells ice cream, sundaes, soft serves, ice cream sauce and toppings, ice cream doughnuts and frozen yoghurt. There are many varieties of food and flavors  to choose from.You can get a limited edition sweet treat bag whenever you see the sweet store lady and the soft serve shop on top of the sweet store.

If you haven't recently noticed or haven't kept up to date, about a week ago, a shoe store opened which sometimes is at the school selling shoes or a the village town square where all the other houses and shops are. Joanna, the lady who works there and is principal with Michael at the school, sells the shoes.

What to do

Take a photo of the sylvanian decoration you made and send it to Loverwood. Your decoration must have a background or theme behind it and why you chose that theme.

The new store

All the sylvanians were crowding and were waiting for the new store open.
They were all super excited. AND THEN...

The new stall was a shoe shop and the seller was Joanna.
The crowd cheered. Some went over to the new school canteen while some kids in the families went to the new LBS shoe shop.

Joanna helped Creme, Beth, Veronique and all the others in line.
The shoes were lovely polished and the shoe boxes were decorated.

Joanna helped Vera choose some shoes. She bought a lovely pair of blue and white shoes.

Joanna helps Veronique with her shoes. She buys a sweet pair of shiny red shoes.

And Veronique decides to pick a pair for her sister. How sweet!
Two pretty sisters.

Veronica and Vera are trying their shoes! Veronica has lovely school shoes, pink ballet pointe shoes with bows. They match very well, same do Vera's. Vera can wear her shoes at many places same to Veronica.

Joanna picks shoes for Michael for his work as a principal. Joanna an Michael are both principals. He looks into the mirror and see's the handsome guy, that's Michael!
Viviana mother also got shoes. Orange bow shoes look great on her.

Talent to the stage!

It was time for Loverwood's Talent quest.
After Breakfast, the kids had a short session to practice their performances.

Michael the principal read out part of the list.

"First up Amelia, followed by Vivian and Freya," announced Michael.

"Welcoming Amelia the singer, she's going to sing Danny boy!"

Oh Danny boy, the pipes, the pipes are calling
From glen to glen, and down the mountain side
The summer's gone, and all the roses falling
It's you, it's you must go and I must bide....

"Well done Amelia, Next up Freya and Vivian, exclaimed Mr Polaris, Vice Principal." "They are going to dance to bang bang by will.i.am."

..."Great dancing sisters." "And now third is Daniel with his magic potions followed by The Cups"

"Hi I'm Daniel and I'm going to show you a magic potion, it will give you a bit of a surprise in the end." "You just have to listen to what I say, Roll over 3 times backwards and forwards and then jump up and down 5 times." Kabbong cheiiiii, Daniel's potion made fireworks in the sky.

"Facinating, Daniel, called Michael on the Mike next up is the Cups group."

Pinkie and some babies from the nursery perform sleeping beauty.

"And next we have Peter playing piano, followed by Roxy's group."

"Moonlight Sonata is a great piece but you are so good, I wouldn't get board of your piano playing."

"And last, Roxy and her brother."

"Awesome dancing twins." "You may go to eat at the canteen, parents you are welcome to stay as we discuss the winner." "The next 1 or 2 newsletter of loverwood will include an article about the winner."

And for the rest of the day, they parted.

Loverwood boarding school fashion show

Loverwood Boarding school fashion show. The Tuxedo cat's father sponsored the program and all thanks to the Principals, Michael and Joanna. Each student has their own fashion line and LBS has won many awards, not just in modelling, but in all the subjects.

"Loverwood boarding school fashion show is starting now!" called The Periwinkle parents all the way from the DJ Decks with Polarises robot friend.

Veronique, Freya, Crystal Rose and Roxy took it to the stage.

The next group included Veronica, Brandon, Peter, Angelique, Vivian and Simon, flowers were thrown to her group as they walked the red carpet.

While some of the models finished, others were still on stage. The guests ate food and danced the whole way through the night.

The Principals took a photo of the models and sponsors at the end of the show!

At the end of the show everyone praised how great the models were.The guests stayed until the end of dinner. The sponsors and principals were very pleased!

A day by the river

It was a fine morning and the Cottontails just came back from lunch at the Oakwood manor, a lovely three-storey house.

The Cottontails were heading home to collect all their things to go rowing. Which reminded Veronica about yesterday's playdate. Vivian had said that the new river had been formed and she could wave to her grandparents everyday and they also had a new garden.




Vivian and her siblings had a vegetable garden!

And their grandparents were super happy!


Maybe the Cottontails could go canoeing on the river.
Anyway, Michael Cottontail decided to go canoeing before.
Well of we go!...


There were many sylvanians canoeing.



Peter saw Brandon and Vivian too.

There were even swan boats for babies and kids to ride. How cute :)

Peter and Veronica Cottontail had so much fun canoeing. When they finished, they headed to line up for canoeing family photos.
They saw Angelique's family taking a photo while they were in line.


Next was the Cottontails. They took their photo home after that.
When they went back home,

The Cottontails home hanged a new picture.

Valentines lovely

When Veronica and Peter woke up, they could see valentines and hearts decorated on the walls.
"Happy Valentines," their mum said. "Lovehearts for everyone," they heard from outside.
Today is Valentines day. The cottontails were heading to the polarises.

When they arrived, Vera opened the door. "Come on in!," Vera exclaimed.
Peter saw Vera's mum pass a heart card over to Vera's dad, and said I love you!
Vera had one of the dresses Veronica had seen at the boutique a few days ago. It was a lovely heart balloon patterned Valentines dress.

 Beth, Vera's sister was wearing a shell like necklace, with a red and white polka dots and hearts.

On Vera's door was a valentines poster.

But on the cottonatils door, it hanged this...

The Polarises and Cottontails went out for morning tea and lunch.

While The 2 families were walking back from Lunch, Vera, Peter and Veronica saw someone passing a ring. It looked a lot like Peter, but luckily it wasn't.

Vera and Veronica's families enjoyed the day together and Veronica's house was finished, and now the Polarises were moving in. The 2 families live together and when the Polarises finished moving in, They all shouted Happy Valentines, Horaay for today!
